Although this is a blog about mysteries with an edge (Fred Vargas) I just picked up an interesting cooking book by  Kathleen Flinn . . THE KITCHEN COUNTER COOKING SCHOOL.  It's fun and all about cooking, starting with a zucchini pasta.
